Great value hotel

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Considering what we paid for the room it proved to be excellent value. Our room turned out to be a flat with its own lounge and kitchen in a beautful building. The rooms were spotless, and the ensuite bedroom had a new bathroom, furniture and carpets. The location is ideal for the west end and haymarket, nice quiet street. Breakfast was nice with the usual choices for a continental style. Would recommend this hotel.

Myself and 4 friends stayed for the weekend, the twin room was fine but the triple room was dingy, the lights didn’t work, the TV was poor, no reception, the shower didn’t work and the bathroom was very grubby. I complained and was told all would be addressed but nothing happened. I felt that because the room was paid for before we arrived that they didn’t care because they had already got there money.
