Top Hotel!!
I stayed here with my mum and dad this year. It was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. We got sherry and chocolate when we arrived and the rooms were ace! Breakfast was off a menu, or exactly what you wanted and the best food I've had in ages !
The manager went out of his way to help you and I had a lovely weekend!

Can't be beat
I would recommend Kew House to anyone. My partner and I stayed at Kew House upon first arrival to Scotland, and after a very long journey, felt refreshed, welcomed, and quite at home there. It is immaculately clean, well furnished, and has a lot of little touches that really add up to a pleasing experience. The hosts are very friendly and incredibly helpful in every possible way. They go out of their way to make sure the guests have a great time, and upon arrival give out maps and basic directions in case travellers aren't sure of where things are. They also have great tips on where to eat, how to book activities, how to catch local buses, etc. Breakfast is included, and it is excellent as well.
If people are looking for 'ritzy' accomodation, this may not be for you. But if people are out for clean, cozy, attractive accomodation with friendly yet unobtrusive hosts, this is great. As Kew House was our first accomodation upon arrival, we were slightly disappointed with all the other ...Read more

Great find!
I am not usually a guest house traveller, content normally to hide in a large anonymous hotel but my girlfriend thought it would be fun to try smaller places on our return holiday to Scotland. There were some ups and down but all were friendly. Kew House stuck out amongst the rest as it was immaculately clean, well presented and very comfortable. The hosts were really helpful and as a result we had three fabulous (and inexpensive) meals out while we stayed there. The location just a short walk West of Princes Street proved to be great and just far enough to walk off a bottle of wine with dinner. The really good thing here though, was being treated as an individual. Any questions we asked always had answers and the wi-fi was really handy (and free too). We'll be back!
