Our group of friends statyed for the w/end in Frederick House and I have to say it was actually not a bad stay. On arrival the staff member wasn't exactly overfriendly but we were able to leave our luggage which was a great help, we arrived very early in the morning. The cupboard also had its own trouser press! Power shower was fantastic but the shower curtain annoying. Very quiet hotel as there is no restaurant/bar so a good nites sleep was had by all. Breakfast was served across the street in a place called Ricks and was very good, even impressed the vegetarian among us!
Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable. It does score some major points for location. Its right in the centre of everything and transport not a problem. Edinburgh itself is a fantastic city, would definitely......
