We have stayed there twice and found it to be very clean, the breakfast delicious, and the owner helpful and friendly. It is an excellent location about five minutes away from the theatre and ten minutes from the Palace end of the Royal Mile. Well lit street; other couples seen at breakfast were all twenty-something’s.
