Local out of town hotel trying to be trendy, but def not pulling it off

The hotel isnt in a great area, staff are slow and disinterested in attending to customers. There is no atmosphere in the bar and restaurant and at night the crowd is rather suspect at the bar.... stick to a good hotel in town. This place serves bog standard food and is quite dull, esp during the day. Rooms nothing special and rates quite high really. You could get something smarter in town.. don't bother.
