Friendly staff and great music most nights. And as a bonus it was really comfortable. I'll be back!

I was a guest at a party at this hotel a few months ago and I have to say it was the most sobering and dreadful experience I've ever had. The tables in the restaurant were filthy. The cutlery had previous diners "LEFT OVERS" deposited upon them. The glasses were dusty, the napkins had stains on them, and the staff I felt rather wished they were somewhere else. Various complaints were passed on to management (but not by myself). The final straw came when we were informed that we couldn’t have any alcoholic drinks because the incompetent "Manager"(and I use the term loosely) had "FORGOTTEN" to renew the hotel license! I live locally, and to put up with such dreadful service is completely unacceptable. Considering Highland Perthshire is such a beautiful county, nobody seems to give a damn about providing good quality service nowadays.
