Terrible food and worse service

We ate in this hotel tonight while visiting the area. It used to have a great restaurant abd I should have known when I could get a reservation at any time I wanted that it had gone down hill. The food was really terrible - overcooked, oversalted and tough. The vegetables were off and my fish ahd a big blonde hair in it. We complained to the manager and were told that there nothing wrong with the food and that I had put my own hair in my dinner! Better off in the fish and chip shop in Auchterarder.
