Clean cheap hotel. Rooms - clean, warm. TV,coffee in bedroom.. not the poshest hotel I've stayed in. But it was just a base to travell around surrounding area. Had no quarms bout going back at night to sleep . Stayed 3, nights . staff-friendly...food-good...bedrooms-clean.... for the price it was good.

hotel currently closed!!Wonderful Punch Taverns wanting inflated rent & over-priced/non-discount beer purchase have crippled this once thriving (65% occupancy), 400 barrel CAMRA entry with all day value for money food to this!! Three leasees in 5 years & everyone of them ended insolvent!!
