After waiting 15 minutes to be served and then a further 10 minutes for someone to sort out my booking as I couldn't be found and the person dealing with reservations was out I spent 2 terrible nights in this hotel. The walls of our room were black with mold, the windows leaked water and did not shut so that the wind blew in, the bed/pillows were lumpy and our heating did not work so we were VERY cold. The bathroom was equally bad with a heater that was not even wired up! (No other rooms were available, but that said they all appeared from others comments to be as bad) The stairs leading to our room are all taped to cover the splits. The service in the bar was terrible, when asking for a coffee I was told no as the machine had broken down, no alterterative could be offered. The only nice (not good) thing about the hotel was the very pleasant lady serving breakfast, she was polite, efficient and welcoming.
