hi have just returned from weekend break in hotel we were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but we were welcomed by derek on reception with a warm and welcoming smile and he arranged for us to eat later than they would normaly open.Jim the resteraunt manager and his friendly staff catered for allour needs and the meal was lovely.our room was warm and inviting but yes needing some tlc but that did not spoil our visit neither did not having a room with a lochside view as you only had to step out the door of the hotel and there was an amazing view.the village is lovely and the residents friendly and welcoming.we would be happy to visit again in the future.
