| First year 2004 and still going back every year ! |
This hotel was excellent! We stayed every year since 2004, there was seven of us. The karokee was interesting, kids all enjoyed it. Lovely breakfast. Staff lovely + friendly was quite cheap. The only bad thing was I was standing playing the machine and kids were running about at about 3 in the morning I didn't mind, but the staff thought they were all mine when mine were in bed :D lovely though :D |

| Worst Hotel N IRELAND!! |
O my word ...
Do Not stay in this motel unless you want to live like a RAT!!! It is dark, smells of drains tolets and chip fat ,the man on the desk was very rude, no eye contact at all. This was are first hotel in Ireland, we stayed only one night before shifting to the new motel next door [adelfy] I think, much better bit more $ but well worth the move. |

| Just what we needed |
We have just come back from a stay at the Port Hotel. All the staff were so friendly and the entertainment was great craic. Rooms are nice and spacious, food is ok and reasonably priced. It’s nice to have some family time in a relaxing hotel before the kids get back to school. We have booked for Halloween. |

| money upfront! |
lovely room! more like a kids club than a bar or a hotel! needless to say we didnt stay in hotel very long! every thing had to be paid upfront which i think is rather rude, can't order dinner at our table and food is stopped 5mins b4 its meant 2!!! staff need a lesson in being friendly!and how to speak english, breakfast was a joke, had to clear table ourselves and basically grab the waitress to order!!! |

| Unbelievable ! |
Swimming pool in the room never mind the hotel as the bay window was leaking. Told the reception but they couldn't care less. Asked if they did cashback but no chance and no info on closest cashpoint. Breakfast on Sunday morning was unbelievable. Every table had been used and not cleared. No one came near us to clear or take our order. I cleared the table myself which is a first in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Pot of tea arrived but we'd no cups, breakfast arrived but no cutlery and the final straw was that the waiter didn't understand the work "butter". The thing you spread on toast using hand actions but penny never dropped!! Otherwise not bad hotel in good location but lots of kids in the bar on a Saturday night watching you pee and sliding up and down on the bathroom floor. |
