I personally loved my stay here. I thought the fry the morning after was excellent, we went to kellys and stayed in this hotel and the staff were great and the lady who served us was pleasant.

I can say this hotel is the lowest of the low and the old bat behind reception with the grey hair and bad teeth, who smokes while on duty is terrible.... We couldn't even stay in the hotel, we checked right out again...

One word ; NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!

Having been to the bar here before I thought the hotel upstairs would be beautiful, how wrong was I? The lady on reception when we first arrived was so rude to myself and friends and then shouted over us to talk to a group of young guys who came in behind us. We were so angry. The room itelf was old and dated. The kettle didnt work, nor the TV. 2 of the windows were bolted closed and the fry next morning was awful. The only good thing I have to say about it is that I really like the bar and the bar staff were also very nice. I suggest they fire that blonde lady with the awful teeth on reception.

Horrific Hotel

Put together a smoking receptionist, a room that smells of blocked drains, a broken T.V., dirty carpet, a brochure full of graffiti and foul language, a mirrored ceiling and a kettle full of mould and old teabags, it doesnt make for a great night! You've been warned,do not touch this 'hotel', even with a very long barge pole.
