Comparing this to some of the finest and more expensive hotels in London ( that I have stayed in ), ie value for money and quality of service, perhaps some of them should stay at Canal Court. We were greeted on a daily basis, with what I can only describe as total professionalism from all levels of staff!! Genuinely friendly and helpful, nothing was any bother, rooms were fresh, clean and fully equipt, all information in rooms was informative. Restaurants and bars were fantastic, and last but not least the receptionists were among the most efficient and friendly I have ever come across. Some other hotels could learn a valueable lesson from Canal Court. 10/10
