This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The stay were not very friendly and the rooms are not the best. We didnt even get a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. We asked to get in the room early when we prebooked it, and when we arrived we didnt get in until 2 hours later. As we had been travelling most of the night we were not impressed, we specifically asked to get into room at 7.30 in the morning and that was fine till we arrived, then they changed there minds. We eventually got into the rooms at 9.30am. We had to get breakfast in another hotel that morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is for students. When I went up to the room my key wouldnt work and so had to get another key. A couple who was in the hotel on Saturday morning were leaving because there was no heating in there room and they had a ten year old child. On the day of departure we left the hotel early and sat at the bus station instead of sitting in the hotel. We were glad to leave this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Top Local Tips for Belfast
Friendly Cabs Shop around when deciding on city trips. We found that it was cheaper to actually book a 7 seater cab & charter it for the day to visit the rope bridge, Giant Causeway & Bushmills Distillery as oppose to an organised coach tour. We decided on hiring a taxi from the airport on arrival and were fortunate to find a very helpful & friendly driver, whom provided us with an excellent service all through our stay. The firm was Tom's taxis.
city bus tour We did the city bus tour of Belfast. This is a great way to see all of the city and learn a lot about the local area and history of the place....highly recommended !
