I cant Complain on the service at the millbrook hotel the staff were plesant and the hotel was clean, a Friend had a problem with her room and they sorted it out there and then for her. Unfortunately me and my partner got Room 1 i didnt know it was haunted until friends informed us and someone acually showed us that room 1 has featured on most haunted i was dreadin goin to bed and wouldnt go near that room on my own lukily we had a good exuse to stay up partyien we didnt go to bed until day lite so we never heard or seen anything thank gosh but i wouldnt guarantee you mite not we were drunk so if our shoes were moved we wouldnt notice great room to stay in if your into that stuff, i am not impressed at how much it cost i thot £70 odd was too dear for one night me and my partner have stayed in higher rated places at that price for 2 nyts.

Stayed at the Millbrook for a family wedding and had a great time. Staff really looked after us and the Bride and Groom had a fantastic day. Good food and friendly professional service. Roll on the next wedding!

Very nice staff, service excellent but was also alarmed by opening of drawers and windows in the middle of the night while staying in Room 1! Would be an excellent base for any ghost hunters out there!!

We stayed recently as part of a family reunion - lovely time. Great food in the bistro - good portions and not too dear. Kids eat free promotion helped also. Good spacious clean rooms and the staff are the friendlist I've met!

Took my mum for 1 nights stay to see her idol Hugo as a surprize xmas present,we had a great time, food and accommodation were brilliant. My mum was like a teenager on the dance floor as this was her first time to meet Hugo, she is 74. I will be taking her again in the near future.

Relaxing break - No chance

My husband and I stayed for two nights. The room was shabby with torn bed linen, the en-suite was dated with a temperamental shower and black mould around the bath taps. The first night was quiet but we more than made up for that on the second night, there was a wedding party and they certainly knew how to party, they shouted, banged doors and vomited until 4.30 am both outside the entrance(just below our bedroom)and on the main corridor (just outside our bedroom). At 3.20 am, I telephoned reception to complain but needless to say, no-one answered. If this is ''One of County Down's finest hotels'' I would hate to think what the rest of them are like...

great hotel, lovely staff and great setting. was a busy weekend with weddings and it was abit noisey but that was understandable. Also the food was 1st class.
