Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Eastmount but there were a few occasions where they ran out of items on the menu, e.g. Cheese for the cheese board, Ice cream for deserts cream for the coffee etc. Entertainment on a Sunday night was a guitarist / singer that would have been better suited to the end of the pier (Shanklin pier as its no longer there). Wednesdays disco was much better with music for all ages. The bar area was sometimes messy & cluttered with dirty glasses. There needs to be a bit more organisation with somebody actually filling the managers role. On a positive note the bedrooms are nice & the lounge area comfortable.

This is the most welcoming hotel I have ever been to. I can't believe that customer service is everything and they offer that in abundance!! I have never felt so welcome. I have stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels & never felt this welcome. These are the most amazing people I have ever met!! xx

Arrived home today after a lovely long weekend at the Eastmount, brilliant staff, always polite, helpful and smiling. The food was homecooked and delicious, the hotel was clean and comfortable. No noise from any children! Great value for money. Definitely recommended.

We have just had a fantastic weekend at the Eastmount Hotel. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would definately recommend it to others.

We have just had the most amazing Christmas at the Eastmount Hotel ! The food,entertainment and hospitality shown by the New owners was fantastic. I dont know how they make a profit !! We will be going back in the summer - what a find .

The food is wonderful, and I'm in the business so it takes a lot to impress me. The new owners are very friendly and so are all the staff. The pool is always warm, a big change from the last owners! Excellent levels of service throughout and the room was very comfortable and clean. All in all fantastic value for money.

New owners had just taken over food still good, though owners are having to learn the business! If looking for a non child holiday beware they have a youngster of school age.The owners very friendly but a few minor details were lacking but we are sure they will pick these up along the way.
