went to north wales wot a dissapointment so travelled over 400 miles to be at the hotel as we knew it would be another enjoyable stay good food clean rooms curteous staff wot more do you need thanks to staff for another good holiday

Spend 2 wks and loved every minute of it. Great staff, wonderful food. Right on ocean with great view, across from pier. Will surely return again.

I have been spnding Easter on the I O W for a few years and have finally found a realy nice Hotel. Should be at least 4 Star rated.

Cosy with friendly staff

Recently had short break at this hotel. Warm and friendly staff. Pool albeit small was wonderful for early morning swim coupled with Jacuzzi. Hotel a little dated but clean. Staff in uniform would make big difference to first impressions. Comfortable room with sea view. Food excellent. Very good value for money.

Clean rooms, but decor is a bit tired and needs updating and floorboards squeaked on every movement. Our bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The meal times were too hurried, but the food was good and varied. The pool is the best kept secret in Sandown.

Staff extremely helpful and efficient. Having just returned home after a long weekend at this hotel realised we had left our house and car keys in hotel room. Contacted hotel and keys arrived back home within two days.

Just returned and had to let you know go for it. Great hotel, great service and excellent food. Entertainment every night. Will definitely return.

Staff friendly , helpful. Food like home cooked very hood varied. rooms clean. bed cofortable. Decor needs updating but sure the new owners wiil sort that out soon Pool very good very warm could be better if opened a little earlier in the morning.

It was our first visit to the island and what a wonderful experience it was to. We stayed at the Royal Pier, the children loved the hotel (especially the swimming pool). The staff were so friendly and helpful to us, we all felt very comfortable in this beautiful place. I can't wait to go back to this hotel again!
