Found a location for my RUBY Wedding Anniversary location and on arrival had to wait fifteen minutes for anyone to come to reception. Ordered four poster bedroom and got the smallest room in the hotel BADLY IN NEED OF DECORATION AND NOTHING LIKE THE BROCHURE WE WERE SENT. MOST DISAPPOINTED.

The pre booked king size bed in a luxury country house with indoor swimming pool turned out to be a double room with an orange bath! Manager refused to speak to us, after argument with staff our payment was refunded the following day as we refused to stay in the hotel as the hotel was not as advertised. The toilets in the entrance badly needed attention, not least a light bulb in the gents.
