Mary (manager) is amazing nothing is to much trouble and always has a smile. Mrs.Collings(owner)is a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome, for 2 star accomodation (and the price we paid)rooms and food were adequate. We will definatly return to the Runnymede.

we where among the youngest at the hotel ,but what a great place!very clean ,excellent friendly staff(a big thank you to the owner mrs.collings and mary(hotel manager) for our wedding card)extremely helpful,nothing was to much for them, beautiful surroundings the only down side was the steps, not very good for disabled people. i would recommend this hotel and yes we will be going back!!

The hotel was clean & staff very friendly. Please remember this is a 2 star hotel - so does lack the WOW factor - but it was adequate and we did have an enjoyable stay there. The hotel seems to me to be geared for the more mature holiday maker. They did not appear to cater for vegetarians - and there was no ramp access for the disabled.

June So far we have been to St Helier in June (both this year and last) and the weather has been lovely, especially this year when it was 23/24 degrees every day.
