A very nice family run hotel with good service & very good food. We were looked after very well by the owners of this hotel. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Stayed for one week at this hotel in September 2008, & found it good value for money for a 2 star hotel. The owners looked after us very well & the food & service we're very good. We would consider staying there again if we have another holiday in Guernsey.

We saw this hotel in the brochure & thought it looked good; we were very dissapointed.
The rooms were very basic & the bathroom vas not very clean.
After a couple of nights we considered moving elsewhere.
It was to date the worst breakfast.
Having stayed at OTHER hotels in Gurnsey,I would never return to this one.

Stayed at the Captain Cook Hotel for 3 nights as a short break and found the whole experience traumatic, Bedroom and Bathroom very shabby and dirty, heavy frosted glass in all windows and unable to see out, Breakfast obviously pre-cooked, cold and congealed, staff not friendly, live wires exposed in over bed lamp, satchets of marvel milk and no biscuits. Window sash cords broken unable to open windows safely, TV broken.
Never again.
