We were booked into romm 112 on the ground floor at the back of the Hotel.The room smelt very damp and wallpaper pealing off in corner of bedroom.The bathroom needed alot of work doing to it as the sealant around the bath was split and could house many germs. Outside of our very small window to the bedroom was a waste pipe from the floors above which was broken about 1 metre above ground level,it dicharged water onto the path and past our window.we did complain but were told nothing could be done. Will NOT be going back again.

Top Local Tips for Guernsey
Please don't go This 'hotel' is dreadful. Unless you are over 80 you will have knowone to talk to. The rooms are disgustingly old fashioned & dirty. The 'resturant' is a joke with drab choice & forget about asking for wine! None of the staff can speak English properly. Felt like a nursing home from the 1970's.
