I agree with previous reviewer. Stayed at about the same time, and noticed dispute over internet payment - Hotel were wrong, butthe inexperienced lad on reception was no help. have to say, bathroom smelled of sewerage. i was told this was from outside, but have since spoken to others who stayed their and they have said the same thing. I was also told that the chef was sick and couldn't do lunch. Others told me they had also been told the same thing on previous visits. Strange. I wouldn't stay there again.

Nice hotel shame about the efficiency

Do not touch this hotel with a barge pole until they get their act together. My family booked through the internet for four rooms, and were forced to pay twice - their mistake, they readily acknowledge. However, the charges do not match the internet charges, hotel says that's nothing to do with them, and although they have now promised on no less than five occasions to refund the double payment for four rooms, two months on I have still not had the refund they agree I am owed.
