Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights over the new year. What a nightmare, the very first night my wife had a blood worm in her salad that was still alive and wriggling on her plate, this put us both of our meals all week, and there was not much of an apology. They also have a problem with rats, on many occasions you could see them running over the patio area outside the hotel, and in our room something was in the cavity and ceiling as you could here them running and scratching all night.
