    Fantastic staff and excellent hotel
    We managed to get in to The Grand after a bad experience with another Torquay hotel. At The Grand the staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing is too much bother - the porters, reception staff and the restaurant staff were all very friendly and efficient. Hotel is spotless with great facilities - cannot fault anything! We had a fantastic time. Location on the seafront is fantastic and the lounge is a great place to relax in.
