Me and my wife stayed at the seabury for a couple of days back in september,we were made very welcombe and comfortable. The food was to a good standered and the rooms were clean and tidy.I wish the new owners all the best and that all the hard work and improvments will make the seabury an even better hotel then it already is and me and my wife are looking forward to returning next year .
great service staff

Stayed at the Seabury for a weekend in May, rooms are very clean although shower kept turning on and off and kept going from cold to scolding.
Pool not clean and no chairs or tables cleaned to sit on around pool area, had to get our own and wipe them down.
Meal was ok but the men in our group where still hungy afterwards.
The owner (woman) was not happy that we wanted to stay in bar till late, stopped serving at 12 and got very rude and asked our party to drink up and leave the bar at 12:45 because she had to get up to cook breakfast.
The bar is not open all the time but it does say ring the bell for service. After the previous evenings events no one came when the bell was rang though the day.
Overall OK for base if you don't want any entertainment as none provide friday and saturday nights.
Not good if you like a drink and want to stay up till late in the evening.
Won't be going back again due to the very frosty blonde lady.

Really friendly warm and welcoming hotel. The accomodation is very clean, fresh and inviting. We have stayed here now for the past eleven years and every year we book again, the staff are great and the entertainment and food first rate, could not compliment it more. Excellent central quite location too
Excellent Family run Hotel

We have stayed there for short breaks for the last 6 years or so. Great value for money.
