Wonderful Christmas Holiday
I have just returned from one of the best Christmas breaks i have ever had staying at the Norcliff,this was my 25th Christmas break.Great location,great hotel,brilliant staff,lovely food, lastly Nick couldn`t do enough for you. Thank`s for a wonderful holiday.

Great service, food and staff
Taught me one thing, don't believe all you read, had read some awful reviews, but we found a clean, good hotel, brilliant location, with friendly,attentive staff, who all tried their hardest, and suceeded in giving us a wonderful Christmas break.Good luck to Suresh,Karen and Luke. Great Hospitality
I stayed here on a weekend break and very much enjoyed my stay. The staff were very hospitable and felt the service was top class.
I mostly enjoyed the absolutely great location. Will be back in the summer and can't wait.
