Brilliant holiday
The second year we have stayed at the derwent. It was excellent. The staff are lovely and the facilties are excellent. We had a superior room which was immaculate. The food was good and the choice was adequate. The entertainment was varied and the bar service good. The best of all is the Aztec inside pool and spa which are excellent. We would go again. . P.S the weather was perfect on both occastions

Awful Place!
Dirty hotel rooms not cleaned properly, placed with another family at breakfast (we were on honeymoon) when we decided to move to an available table we were told off by the waitress, only reception staff seem to be English which meant communication difficult, We were not at all happy at the end of our stay when we watched the maid place our dirty top sheets back on the bed for the next guests, PURE FILTH!!!!!
Am persuing with Environmental Health and Tourist Board.
Really not happy!

Inconvenience
Went for breakfast at 6 40 .(advertised from 6 00 am ) only night staff on and told breakfast won't start till 8 00 am . I am a business traveler. Don't lie about your times !!!
