This hotel has to be one of the best I have stayed at. Lots of room, not cluttered, friendly staff and food very good. We paid the small upgrade amount and had an exceptional room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The only thing more we could have asked for was maybe to have some kind of entertainment or light music in the evening. Overall a good relaxing break and I shall definitely be going back

Top Local Tips for Torquay

The Azure This restaurant is a two minute walk from the hotel and right on the water's edge. Excellent food and attentive staff. Don't get it mixed up with the adjoining cafe.

Touring Like the Riviera when the sun shines. Torbay is beautiful. Lots to do.

Eat at The Elephant There is one Michellin starred restaurant in Torquay, The Elephant, and it is indeed superb. The food is truely great and only the limited wine list is a minor disappointment.
