Booked the hotel through the internet for one night for my husbands 40th. Room was inadequate, drab and dreary and the ceiling and walls were covered in cobwebs and the room temperature was freezing. After querying this, we were told the heating in our room was not working. Tried to have a meal in the restaurant and were told we couldn't unless we had a reserved a table beforehand! Needless to say, we checked out and came home! Quite disappointing to say the least!
