Very weird staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at the Eastnor House hotel for 1 night and that was far too long. On checking in we were welcolmed by a very strange looking person who gave us our keys. The room was okay with en-suite, it was the people working there that gave us the creeps. When we arrived back at the hotel after a meal out the staff were all drunk and acting very strange. Upon checking out they knew that we had drunk 2 bottles of mineral water in the room so I assumed they had checked this while we were either out the night before or when we were at breakfast. 2 weeks later they charged us another sum of money and accused us of having 2 bottles of wine in the bar. It was extremly hard work getting this back and I was insulted many times by the Hotel Manager not welcolming me back. Please please please pay another £20 and stay somewhere else.
