Stayed there for two days third week in June 2006,the stink of stall cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in the door of the hotel almost made us sick, peeling wallpaper everywhere, peeling emulsion above the eating areas, pillows in bed stank of stall smoke, went out for a ride about next day, went to our room late in after-noon to find they had not bothered to remake the bed had to do it ourselves, the noise in this hotel is unbelieveable, traffic, doors banging, youths bawling about outside hotel till gone midnight, breakfast at 08-00 took 50 minutes to get it on our table(even though there was only three outher people staying at hotel)(they were all moaning as well)£60 a night to stop in this tip,never again, and the towns people were the most unsocial lot we have ever met, they did not want to know anybody who was visiting their extortionate town,£4.05 for 1&half pints lager, and to buy a meal you need a mortgage. Been there, definitely wont be going back to cornwall, what a rip off!
