Really comfy, friendly staff and we are always made welcome by all the staff, even the staff in the waterside pub! We go once or twice a year when Leeds play St's and the banter is always good before and after the match (whoever wins). The beds are really comfy and the only thing I think needs done are the bathrooms, but they are ok, tidy and clean!
