I had my wedding at the Cley and its was fantastic all my friends and family said how great it was it was like a fairy tale the staff were so helpfull and polite. Deborah who over looked to see that everything ran to a very high standard went out of her way to make sure every thing was just so. The setting is beautifull and the food was also great and would go back to eat there again. I will never forget my wedding day as they made it so very special. Thank you all.

Superb hotel and excellent staff

Our room was beyond our expectations,being very spacious and finished to a very high standard.All of the staff were very polite and helpful. We only stayed for the one night but would stay here again if in the area.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in

We stayed for a family wedding from Friday to Sunday. 4 adults and 2 childrens with mixed ages from 4 to 60's. The Manager was very rude the food was dreadful, the rooms were of a poor standard. The receptionist and the waitress were very helpful and kind. I wrote a letter of complaint to the owners but received no reply. However, their other hotel "Woodlands" was completely different and I would recommend it to anyone, the staff, food and hotel were all to standard. We all travel a lot both on business and for pleasure and have never complained before.

Nice location, staff very friendly and helpful but the rooms lack modern facilities and are old, cold at night but generally ok.
