This hotel has gone down in standards in the last year. Some of the staff are exeptional in the service they give. This hotel was once a welcoming and friendly place to stay. I must say we are very upset the way this hotel has treated a very loyal and trusted member of their staff. Therefore, we would not be recommending this hotel in the future.
