More than just industry Slough may have a wierd reputation due to 'The Office' but it is a good center for Royal Windsor, Ascot Races, Legoland, Thorpe Park and only 18 miles to the London City center.

Heathrow Hoppa bus The Heathrow Hoppa hotel buses are all on numbered routes and run to a timetable that you may be able to get from your hotel reception. The buses to terminal 5 are prefixed '5' - e.g. if bus 5 is the one serving your hotel to and from terminals 1,23 and 4, bus 55 is the equivalent for the new terminal 5. The airport bus stops are not well signposted in the T3 arrivals hall - we must a bus as we went out of the wrong exit. At terminal 3, bear left as you exit the customs area and take the left most exit to the bus parking areas. Buses use specific numbered stops according to their route number. We were told the wrong stop by airport information desk, so keep a look out for your bus.
