Kenwood Hall Hotel Sheffield I stayed at Kenwood Hall 24th & 25th October. I am a wheelchair user and put in Rm 434. After 20 minutes of being in the room, the worst asthma attact I have had in years started, I was nearly hospitlised. My carer moved my bed to the window revealing thick dust under the bed. Loud wedding party guests and asthma meant I hardly slept. The next morning the duty manager promised to have the room cleaned thoroughly. It was not. Sunday evening I slipped when the grab rail nearly came away from the wall in the bath, it was disgustingly dirty too. I would have uploaded more photo's but am only allowed 6. I showed the managerall the photo's I had taken. He tried to charge me a late fee of leaving the room of £20, my carer explained that as neither the towels, toilet paper or tissues had been replaced, the breakfast was late and wrong again and my asthma was still bad, it had taken longer to leave. He still charged for the nights spent although did not charge for the breakfasts or late fee.
