The hotel room we had booked was terrible. The radiator thermostat was missing and there was no light fitting covering the bulbs in what was supposed to be luxury four poster room. The bathroom was in deperate need of some tlc with damp patches on the ceiling and ingrained dirt in the corners and around the bath.
