We where very pleased with the service, hospitality, the rooms. It was the first time we had stayed in the hotel we are definately going back and bring the whole family.

We have had several very enjoyable weekends at this hotel. We found it very clean the rooms are are extremely comfortable and well presented. The meals are trouser popping! A good selection is always availale in the bar and we found that if the sea air was to much we could stay in the hotel lounge or garden and enjoy a dvd or the company of Mal and Catherine the hosts [ who have brilliant personalities] and made our stay feel home from home. We have been back lots of times now.And after a 4 hour drive north to get there it is certainly worth the numb bottom.

stephen joseph theatre Visit the theatre. Anything will be worth seeing. The theatre in the round is a rare experience and one you should not miss.

Sealife centre Sealife Centre is a hidden gem., good live music on in the local pubs couple of evenings a week

Thry the Blue Lounge We found it hard to get a reasonably priiced meal in the early evening away from the front. The blue lounge looked more like a trendy disco or nightclub, but in the early evening they did excellent food, the music was muted and relaxing, and they had old silent movies on the flatscreen TVs. Staff were excellent too.
