My sister and I did a coach holiday with Shearings to their New Southlands hotel. This is one hotel that we cannot fault in anyway, and we have been to many. So we would like to congratulate every one concerned. Daniel Defoe did the evening entertainment, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you for a brilliant week.

We had a nice break. The stsff was very nice, food was good, the room was very clean. Te entertinment was very good. I need to mention Daniel Defoe - he was just great entertainment and so helpful. We will be visiting again.

We enjoyed everything about our visit to this hotel. In particular the variety of entertainment on all three evenings. Hope to visit again. The value of a January break was much appreciated.

After reading the the other reviews, I was expecting something special and I was not disappointed. Everything was 100% staff, food, entertainment, cleanliness. I must mention Daniel Defoe who kept everything bubbling especially on New Years eve.

First class service, very enjoyable weekend, good entertainment artists' and very good food, would definately go to New Southlands Hotel in Scarbough again...
