After deciding to take a weekend break to Torquay, we booked the Corbyn head Hotel. On arrival all looked well. The staff are very friendly and food good, but the hotel is appalling for relaxing. The rooms are very small, and this is the noisiest hotel we have stayed in and I have stayed in plenty. The floorboards creek and groan everytime someone walks along the dated and gloomy corridors. The walls are paper thin so don't expect privacy,you can hear people across the corridor and about three or four rooms down the corridor.Very poor stay so you have been warned. |
