My friends and I make an annual pilgrimage to this hotel. Really friendly owners who always go out of their way to help, 5 mins to Perran's beautiful beach and plenty of nice pubs and restaurants on the doorstop.
 

Top Local Tips for Perranporth

Eating in Perranporth We founf the Delfin Cafe does an excellent Fish and Chips. The Green Parrort does good food.The Tywarnhayle pub the food is OK but the atmosphere is not too good...Plasma Displays et al - if you like that thing.Which is something I do not. Also worth a try is an Italian Restaurant near the Green Parrot. Quite like it there.

Peranporth Evening out Do try the "Green Parrot" and near the Parrot is a small Itian place - also worth a visit. The Waterhole - the pub on the beach is aslo very good and should not be miised. The Tywarnhayle is OK for food, but not a good atmosphere. Lot of Plasma Screens etc. so we didn't go back. A Tip : We found the Delphin - a very small Restaurant on the Prom - did a very good Fish and Chips!

Don't bother to buy.... .... beach gear before you get there. The shops have it covered - or not - and well-priced.
