Excellent all around
Price was quite reasonable as hotels go in UK. Location was just outside Oxford City Center, in quiet upscale neighborhood. Very safe and pleasant. Cheerful decorations. Good breakfast accommodations and very friendly and helpful staff. My room was a small, cozy single on the third floor with a clean toilet and shower just down the hall. It was never an inconvenience. Everything in the room worked well. The staff even helped me dress for a formal event because my arm was broken. Staff provided me with a heater during real cold spell. Excellent place to stay if visiting students at Oxford University. Bus service right outside the door.
