On arrival the rooms were poor, cheap bedding and poor decoration, tiny bathroom - I was lucky enough to see in small print on the website most of the 2 bed rooms only come with dividing curtain so we requested on ewith a door but many hadnt spotted this and complained bitterly to reception. The food was also not of a great quality, the day we arrive the kids tea had 4 types of cabohydrate and no vegetables - as it was Sunday! Fruit was also poor being either apples or oranges or as a treat tinned peaches. The kids clubs were great but they only had 3 spaces for under ones so the baby could only get a place 2 mornings out of the 7 we stayed as you can only book childcare on arrival. Outside kids facilities were good but as a family holiday the overall rating was poor and we certainly wont be returning or reccommending this hotel to anyone
