Myself and our friends recently booked the Pine Lodge Hotel, Newquay after seeing it advertised on various web pages for accommodation in Newquay. The hotel's web site and Brochure stated that the Hotel offers luxury four-star guest accommodation. However, when we arrived at the hotel last week (2/3/7) we where disgusted at the state of the accommodation. In fact, the rooms where so un-hospitable we refused to stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The photos on their own web site does no way reflect the accommodation that they have on offer. The rooms are dirty and with paper and skirting boards falling off, we just could not stay. The manage was very rude when we asked to leave and thus refused our deposit.
