The Gasgony hotel is a excellent place to stay while your in Minehead, the staff are very freindly and the meals are superb.
Its very handy for walking to the seafront as its only 2 minutes walk and its well located for looking round the shops.
It has also got a large car park at the rear of the hotel which gets locked after a certain time (can't remember what time) to secure the cars that are paked there.
