The worst service ever!

We booked a table for my mother in laws 60th birthday in the swans restaurant. The service was appalling and the staff disinterested. After having being shown to the wrong part of the hotel we eventually were seated nearly an hour after our arrival and an hour after the time we had booked. We were then told that one of the starters we had ordered 50min was unavailable and had to ask for our wine (also order 50min earlier). The staff seemed to find the whole thing very amusing and we complained we were met with a restaurant manager who simply shrugged his shoulders and let us walk out! Absolutely disgusted, it ruined the celebrations, we will not be going back.
