The whole place stinks of smoke. The meal service is slow. The food is dried up and unappetising. The bedrooms are cramped. The furniture falls to pieces. The shower is dangerous. The 'cleaning' leaves hair and objects on the carpet in the room. My complaint to the hotel, by email, was full. They claim to be the only three star hotel in Margate, a lie. It was a disgustingly disappointing stay, not worth half of what we paid. they seriously need inspecting.
