Don't waste your money here!

This hotel is terrible. My main point I want to get across is the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff. It took them ages to come to us whilst we were standing at the reception and they were just unhelpful and very rude to us the guests and to each other member of staff. They seem to have no professionalism as in communication skills and customer friendly approaches. It is a total rip off this hotel, you can stay in far nicer, modern hotels for far cheaper and most importantly the staff will be a lot more friendly and helpful as these members of staff on reception obviously have a lack of interest and support and help for their guest. I will never be coming back to here again!

Despite a good breakfast provided - the hotel itself is in a shocking condition. There is a rank strong smell of old carpets throughout the corridors and in the rooms. The whole place is in dire need of refurbishment and steam cleaning.

Would be a cool 70's theme hotel

If you have ever watched the towering inferno, then the hotel looks like that. Except for the burning down bit.

This hotel is in a time warp in urgent need of upgrade. Room was clean but was worn out holes amd tears in curtains carpet frayed. food poor Swimming pool and lesure club closed. Shame this hotel would have been the best in Manchester in the 70's

This hotel was horrible, my sister was going to leave as she found cokroach traps behind her cupboard, she coulnt stomache it. I bearly slept after the second night as we all had to be avacuated due to a false fire. Infuriating...
