Could do better!
We had a family occasion at 11 Didsbury park and although the house, rooms, garden and staff were impressive we did have some isues.
*£25 for a camp bed for our 7yr daughter.
*Not all items were available on the breakfast menu, as we were first in it could not be down to running out but bad planning.

Scandalous cancellation policy
I had to cancel early on the day of my planned arrival and was charged the full amount for the room. Every other hotel in the world has a 18:00 same-day cancellation policy. They took 88£ from me. In addition, in spite of their attempts to be exclusive, charging 10£ for an airline bottle of wine is not in my category of "high class". I'll never go back there.

A little piece of Heaven
Fantastic little hotel. Funky, fun, private and beautiful. Ideal for business or pleasure. Close enough to the city centre to taste its delights and far enough away to escape the madness. Reasonably priced and well serviced with polite and unobtrusive hotel employees. We love it!
