ive stayed in many hotels even top rated but this one comes out on top with full marks on every level. always return back here as my stays are always enjoyable. rooms good, staff very helpful and friendly and facilities brill. its only fault is that its always fully booked up and sometimes frustrating if you cant get a room.

The hotel was ok and staff were friendly. The only complaint i had was that there was mould all around the bath, and windows which is very off putting, and the rooms were not that warm at all. But for a 2 star you pay fow what you get?

stayed at hotel one week, with family. found the rooms good, the staff really nice, very helpful. The hotel was very clean and well cared for. It provided lots of towels etc, the breakfast was great lots of varied food, the evening meals was lovely, well cooked and well presented.

The hotel is in a great spot to get to manchester and stockport.

I would go back for another stay.

We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night and were quite apprehensive as to what it would be like due to the reviews that we had read. The staff were lovely and friendly. It wasnt the best hotel that we had stayed it in but nowhere as bad as some of the reviews have stated. At the end of the day you are spending £39.95 for a room inc breakfast - what do you expect. It is a budget hotel and does not profess to be a luxury hotel. The room was clean and very large. The only thing I would say was that the pillows were extremely hard. The night that we stayed there did not seem to be many young groups there, however I could imagine that if you stayed on a night where there were stag/hen parties or large groups that you would be disturbed as it seemed that the walls were very thin. It was as good as any of the travelodges that we have stayed in and you dont get breakfast in them!!!

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel during last weekend, when I arrived I was given a smoking room when my booking had been requested as non smoking, the corridors in the hotel smelled badly of canabis, which i find totally unexceptable, the staff did not seem to care much nor do anything about it, I was told that the owners of the hotel would be on reception in the morning, and when i complained to the lady behind the desk i was dismissed and my comments seemed to greeted with a totally blank expression, very dissapointed, the managment leave a lot to be desired at this hotel and its a shame because run propley the hotel could be very nice, I shall not be staying again
